The key to promote the most healing in the body is to rotate between extreme temperatures, hot and cold.
The Starter Circuit:
- Steam Room: 5-10 Minutes
- Short break
- Sauna: 15 minutes (or for as long as you can handle)
- Cold Plunge: 1-3 minutes for maximum results
- Continue to rotate between hot and cold on your own journey
