Issues with online booking
Our software provider has advised that guests clear their cookies + history. This has solved the slow loading times for many guests. If no appointments are shown, we are sold out. Our online calendar reflects up-to-date availability in real time.
I can't move past the guest information page or "Continue to Summary"
The Continue to Summary button will become active once all guest information is entered (First name, Last name, Email address and phone number).
Be sure to enter all guest information to activate the button.
You also have the option to use the "Same as reservation primary contact" checkbox to quickly pre-fill your own information. Then, you will be able to continue with the reservation.
